I started making websites back in 2017, stepped away for a few years, and came back after watching how much time gets lost to spreadsheets and half-connected tools. I spent years on a shop floor doing that kind of tracking myself, so I know where it hurts.
No account managers, no offshore handoff, no work farmed out to someone else. You work directly with the person who builds it, and I'm still around long after launch.
